Add user and configure permissions

Start proxy and open Kubernetes Dashboard
#ssh -L 8001:localhost:8080 fedora@10.0.10.111
browse http://localhost:8001/api/v1/namespaces/kube-system/services/https:kubernetes-dashboard:/proxy/ && kubectl proxy

Kubernetes Dashboard URL
